The old way
A supplier sells the material, a separate contractor installs it. When the floor fails, the responsibility falls between them.
Split the supply from the installation and the accountability splits with it. Defects become a question of liability rather than of remedy. We supply and install with our own teams, so there is one firm, one contract, and one number to call if anything is ever wrong.

Do you undertake domestic work?
No. We work on commercial contracts only.
How much disruption will there be?
Programmes are tailored to your requirements, whether that means working in occupied areas, phased installations, evenings, weekends or holiday shutdowns, so the business keeps running while the floor is installed.
How quickly can you start?
Once we have surveyed the site and agreed a specification, we will provide you with a programme. Average lead time is approximately four weeks. Reactive maintenance can be provided at short notice, should the need arise.
Which floors do you fit?
We supply and install all types of commercial flooring, with the exception of real wood, ceramic and stone.
Do you only work in London?
We predominantly cover London and the South East. Consideration would be given to larger contracts further afield.

What about warranties and aftercare?
All flooring is installed within the manufacturer’s guidelines, which secures their guarantee. We register the warranties on your behalf and can provide planned maintenance thereafter.
